Self-tapping and self-condensing implants Radix-Oston and Radix-Balance have the same thread design. The difference is  that Radix-Balance has smooth neck, while the neck of Radix-Oston has thread and microtexturing. 

Progressive Thread Profile

Deeper thread in the lower part of implant facilitates the condensation of spongy bone. It is very important to achieve a reliable osseous integration in the spongiosa- as this is the foundation for the success in implantology.

Anatomical shape

The anatomical shape of the implant together with the progressive thread determines excellent primary fixation due to the progressive condensation of the bone.

Sealed connection

Retaining cone with a retaining angle of 50 degrees provides close contact between the implant and the abutment and prevents the effect of micropump of tissue fluid and resorption of a bone edge.

Platform switch

In Implants Radix-Balance and Radix-Oston we implemented the effect of platforms switch for the implant diameter 4.2 and 5.0 mm. This effect is increased by chamfer on the butt of implant.
